We help companies that need improve the business performance of their key staff, from operational customer service through to strategic senior management executives. We offer professional training courses, workshops, coaching and management consulting services.

We conduct cost-effective training programs with professionalism and sincerity. We are not a sales organization as many of the large training firms here are. Instead, we focus on client needs analysis, quality control, delivery management and tailoring course content. Real course design and customization of training materials differentiates us from most of our competitors. Many training firms here don’t design materials; they just buy textbooks since they are lazy to invest time and money in course design. Long-term business relationships are the idea!

New Skilz center of operations is in Shanghai, the financial heart of China. However, we have an extensive network of western corporate trainers and professional English teachers across major cities in China, such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Suzhou, Tianjin and Qingdao. We hold regular socials and skills development workshops for our corporate trainers. Experienced business trainers enjoy the social aspect of this, while some English trainers like learning more about how corporate training works.
