About the opportunity

We’re building relationships with UK-based freelance trainers and facilitators for potential part-time assignments. Our focus is practical people-skills training for SaaS and technology teams, including sales conversations, presentations, demos and stakeholder communication.

What you could help deliver

• Facilitate interactive workshops, role plays, demo or presentation practice and constructive debriefs.
• Tailor examples and practice to client goals, participant roles and approved content.
• Create a supportive environment, manage group discussions and give specific, useful feedback.
• Prepare with NewSkilz and client stakeholders, follow agreed delivery standards and support workplace action planning.

Experience and essential criteria

• UK-based, with the right to work in the UK.
• Experience facilitating adult learning or corporate training, with examples of interactive delivery.
• Practical sales or commercial experience and an understanding of customer-facing conversations.
• A technology background or relevant experience supporting SaaS, software or technology teams.
• Clear communication, confident group facilitation and a genuine enthusiasm for training.
• Ability to adapt approved material, handle questions and give constructive feedback.
• Reliable preparation, professional client communication and respect for confidentiality.
• Availability for agreed part-time assignments, live online and/or in person, according to your experience and the brief.

Useful additional experience

• Sales onboarding, presales, demos, customer success or account management.
• People skills, stakeholder management, coaching or train-the-trainer delivery.
• Designing realistic practice activities and supporting managers with follow-through.
• Facilitating across cultures or coordinating multi-cohort programmes.
