Information we receive
If you contact NewSkilz, we may receive your name, work contact details, organisation, the contents of your message and any information you choose to provide about your requirements.
Website enquiry form
The embedded enquiry form is provided by Microsoft Forms. Your contact details and enquiry are processed through Microsoft Forms and stored in NewSkilz’s Microsoft 365 account so that we can respond. Authorised NewSkilz personnel can access form responses and related email notifications.

How and why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare proposals, arrange conversations and take steps towards a possible business relationship. Where we work together, we may use relevant information to deliver and administer the agreed services.
Our lawful basis will normally be our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating the consultancy, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Other legal bases may apply where necessary to meet legal obligations or perform a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed. If no client relationship begins, we would ordinarily remove or anonymise it within 24 months of the last meaningful contact, unless there is a legal or operational reason to retain it longer. Records connected with a contract may be kept for the period required for service delivery, accounting, tax, insurance and legal purposes.
Who may receive it
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support email, document storage, professional advice, website security or hosting, only where needed for those services. It may also be disclosed where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Website hosting and technical data
This website is delivered using Cloudflare. Like other hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process limited technical request data, such as IP addresses and security events, to deliver and protect the site. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
The current NewSkilz site does not use advertising or audience analytics and its own code does not set non-essential cookies. The hosting and security service may use technologies that are strictly necessary to operate and protect the website. If optional analytics or marketing tools are added later, this notice and the consent choices on the site will be updated first.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we expect appropriate safeguards to be used in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.
