Who we are

NewSkilz Global Consulting Limited is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at training@newskilz.com.

Information we receive

If you contact NewSkilz, we may receive your name, work contact details, organisation, the contents of your message and any information you choose to provide about your requirements.

Website enquiry form

The website uses a native enquiry form. When you submit it, the form sends your name, email address, any organisation you provide and your message to NewSkilz through the website’s Cloudflare Worker. The form also submits a consent response, which the Worker validates. The Worker uses Resend to deliver the enquiry to our business email inbox hosted by Microsoft 365, so we can respond. You can instead email us directly at training@newskilz.com.

Tech & SaaS Sales Happy Hour email updates

If you request Tech & SaaS Sales Happy Hour updates, your name, email address, organisation, if provided, and consent response are sent through the website’s Cloudflare Worker. The Worker validates the request and uses Resend to deliver it to our Microsoft 365 business inbox. The website does not store requests in a separate subscriber database. We use your request to send information about confirmed dates, venue and booking details, and future Happy Hour events. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to an update email or contacting training@newskilz.com; we will stop sending future updates.

How and why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare proposals, arrange conversations and take steps towards a possible business relationship. Where we work together, we may use relevant information to deliver and administer the agreed services.

Our lawful basis will normally be our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating the consultancy, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Other legal bases may apply where necessary to meet legal obligations or perform a contract. Event email updates are sent on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed. If no client relationship begins, we would ordinarily remove or anonymise it within 24 months of the last meaningful contact, unless there is a legal or operational reason to retain it longer. Records connected with a contract may be kept for the period required for service delivery, accounting, tax, insurance and legal purposes.

Event update requests are received as business email and are not stored in a separate website subscriber database. Any request or withdrawal emails in our inbox are handled under the correspondence retention approach above. We stop sending future event updates after you withdraw consent.

Who may receive it

We do not sell personal information. For website forms, Cloudflare processes the form request, Resend delivers the resulting email, and Microsoft 365 hosts our business inbox. Other service providers may support document storage, professional advice, website security or hosting where needed. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Website hosting and technical data

This website is delivered using Cloudflare. Like other hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process limited technical request data, such as IP addresses and security events, to deliver and protect the site. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

The production website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, visits, referral sources and page performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or browser storage for analytics and does not fingerprint individual visitors. Read Cloudflare’s explanation of Web Analytics. We do not use advertising tracking. The hosting and security service may use technologies that are strictly necessary to operate and protect the website.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we expect appropriate safeguards to be used in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.

To make a request, email training@newskilz.com. You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, services or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
